Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times

• United States: 5–8 business days after processing
• Canada, UK & Europe: 7–12 business days after processing
• Rest of world: 10–15 business days after processing

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs and peak seasons can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Free-shipping promotions, when active, are applied automatically.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once the carrier scans your parcel. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update. You can also track your order anytime via our Track Order page.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Wrong address or lost parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can only change an address before the order ships. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10+ days or your parcel appears lost, contact us at info@grounding-footwear.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of.
