Track Your Order

Your order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you the moment the carrier scans your parcel.

How to track

• Open your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link, or
• Paste your tracking number directly into the carrier's website shown in the email.

Good to know

• Tracking can take 24–48 hours after the shipping email to show its first scan.
• Processing takes 1–3 business days before the shipping email is sent — full timelines in our Shipping Policy.
• No email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you search for mail from grounding-footwear.com.

If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 days, or you can't find your tracking number, email info@grounding-footwear.com with your order number and we'll chase it down for you.
